1. Return Period:
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. Items returned after this period may not be eligible for a refund.

2. Condition of the Returned Items:
All returned items must be in their original packaging and in good condition. This includes the original boxes, manuals, and any accessories that came with the product. Items showing signs of use or damage due to mishandling may not be eligible for a refund.

3. Misuse of the Product:
No refund will be issued for products that have been misused, abused, or improperly maintained. Please follow the care instructions provided with each product to ensure its longevity.

4. Manufacturer Defects:
Returns will be accepted for products that are damaged due to manufacturing defects. If you believe your item is defective, please contact us immediately with details and photographs of the issue.

5. Refund Details:
A full refund will be issued for eligible returns, excluding the return delivery cost. However, if the item is damaged due to manufacturing defects, we will cover the return delivery cost.

6. Non-Returnable Items:
Items marked "as is," "on-sale," or labeled as "Non-Returnable" are not eligible for a refund. Please carefully review product descriptions before making a purchase.

7. Pre-Purchase Viewing:
We encourage customers to visit our store to inspect items before making a purchase. If you are unable to visit our store and live outside Montreal, please contact us via email. We will be happy to provide additional photos and information to help you make an informed decision.
